Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Method
We strongly recommend selecting Next Day Air shipping to qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Weather Delays
The health and safety of our corals is our top priority. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions (hot or cold temperatures) to ensure safe arrival. We will communicate with you to reschedule your shipment if needed.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

  • We only cover DOA claims on orders shipped via Next Day Air

  • In the rare event a coral arrives DOA, we offer store credit only (no refunds)

To qualify for DOA credit:

  • You must send clear photos/video of the coral in the original, unopened bag or container

  • Photos must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery time

  • Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted

Important Notes:

  • The coral must remain in the original sealed bag for verification

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • We are not responsible for issues due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer

Local Pickup / Meetups
We may offer local meetups at our discretion, typically within 2 hours, depending on order size and location.

  • Once the coral is in the buyer’s possession during a meetup, we are no longer responsible and do not offer DOA coverage or guarantees
